There's lots of unemployment, and the few schools looking for teachers can
be choosey. They will take the best quality teachers they can find. So,
just to remind the eager candidates writing in to ETNI...
Correct your spelling, capitalize, punctuate, make sure your grammar and
syntax show you know English well. How else can you teach English? I'm
consistently surprised by the total lack of professional pride shown in
many of the "ads" people are sending us.
First impressions are frequently the only chance you get. You won't get
called by most schools if your English is sub-standard.
