[etni] projects again

Well, it looks like deja vu, back to projects for my 12th grade class.
Very low level; last year it didn't work, and I don't know how to get
them moving. If anyone's in a similar situation and interested in a
sans Internet, based on surviving, figured one person would be a
personal interview, to prepare them for oral bagrut. We can work on
this together network, share rubrics.
