[etni] oral tests

Does anyone know if  hard working yud alef kids can do the oral test at the end of yud alef although they will complete 5 points in the winter of yud bet.

I know that the kids have to do the oral part before they complete the full written part but is there a time limit on it?

Appreciate any input on this.
