[etni] more bagrut questions

These questions have probably been asked but could someone please refresh my
memory:
1. If a student retakes a module in the winter and receives  a lower  grade
than the in the previous summer  -  which grade is considered?
2. A student finishes the 4 point exam by the winter of the 12th grade. In
the summer he takes modules F+G. If he isn't satisfied with the 5 pt grade
can he"keep" the 4pt grade and "ignore/erase" the 5 pt?
