[etni] "i before e.... "

When I was taught to spell we learned to recite
"I before E
except after C
or when sounded like A
as in neighbor or weigh.
Exceptions are ......"
And here my memory gives out! I remember there were 5 or 6 exceptions. Does
anyone know how to continue this recitation? OR does any good English
teacher know what the exceptions are?
(I taught this to my NS 11th grade and also the regular 5 point 11th grade
and they loved it.)
