Here's a problem I always run up against:

Getting a picture thru Office:clip organizer:

    Ok.  I click the little man, and a whole bunch of pictures comeup. 
Sometimes I can copy and paste them, and sometimes it says copy to
collection. 
When it copies to the collection (I'm translating here), i know there
are a
series of steps to get the pictures out, but maybe someone who knows
more than i
do can tell me what they are.
