[etni] extra work for teachers

Dear Etniers,
Since Nina mentioned grandchildren, I feel I must react. What worries me most
is the fact that in trying to properly implement the NBA , I don't have enough
time to spend with my dearest newly born grandchildren. Although I am a veteran
teacher,now with the new curriculum, I work twice as much as I used to in the
past and for the same salary.
Theoretically, the NBA and the modular system are great, but for us, the
teachers, it means a lot of extra work( NBA courses, on-line courses
,projects,magen grade for each module,etc., etc.) and a great deal of confusion.
So ,for those who find it difficult to understand , please make an effort to
listen to us, the conscientious teachers.
Now that I have said it, I can continue marking book reports, projects and
magen exams.
