[etni] electric dictionary & NBA Re: etni Digest V2 #204

To check quality and usefulness of an electric dictionary, try looking for 
definitions of phrasal verbs, like to take care of, to look for etc.

About the NBA.  I took the first course available, and all it discussed was 
projects and a bit on rubrics.  The NBA is a lot more complex and demands, as 
we discovered, a different way of looking a texts and testing.  

The course didn't prepare me for the real changes, such as how to teach weak 
3point C students how to write compositions, instead of clozes and completing 
sentences.
