Dear English Teachers,
We have posted the first issue of the Bulletin of the Chief Inspector
for English Language Education for this school year. The Bulletin
includes information about the winter Bagrut examinations 2004 and
changes to the NBA guidelines.
Please note that in the January Hozer Mancal there is an announcement about
splitting module F into two modules: F and G. It says the following:
The format of the tzvira model was originally published as having six
modules. The sixth module, module F, was worth two-thirds of the
pupil’s final grade for five points whereas all the other modules are
worth one-third. In order to allow five-point pupils to improve their
grade by doing one-third of the exam rather than two-thirds, it has
been decided to divide module F into two modules, F and G, where each
module is worth one-third of the final grade. This change does not
affect the contents of the exam. Appendix Three in the Bulletin has the new
mock exams for modules F and G.
