We also had lots of problems with the time schedule.  I don't think that any 
group started exactly on time.  I was testing orally, and was given 3 kids 
during one exam period, as per ministry instructions. As I had to wait 15 
minutes to take the first pupil, and had to allow up to 30 minutes per pupil - 
how could it be possible to get all 3 pupils tested???  And how could the last 
pupil be expected to get started on his next exam in time?
