Wednesday, January 18th, 2012.
at David Yellin Academic College of Education in Beiit Hakerem
4.00pm guest speaker, Professor Andrew Cohen, - "Writing like a
native: The process of reformulation " .
5.15pm Break for Refreshments, browsing and networking.
5.30 - 6.30 pm Two Concurrent Workshops:
'Liven Up your Classroom! featuring Elizabeth Karvonen and her Bag of
Tricks . (For Elementary and Junior High Schools)
Writing your own Unseens with Avraham Roos
A workshop about simplifying authentic texts and creating the right
questions. (For Intermediate and upward)
For ETAI members and students, entrance to the Conference is free. Non
members 30 NIS.
This is a nice opportunity for those of you who live in the Jerusalem area,
or are lucky enough to have Wednesday as your day off, and feel like taking
advantage of this interesting set of sessions!
