[etni] allocation of ministry hours for English Speakers

My Elementary School in Modi`in received a letter from Dr Judy Steiner
asking for a list with the names of English Speaking Pupils so that the
MInistry could allocate hours. Has anyone submitted such a list and received
an allocation of Ministry Hours?
