There is a big difference between first langauage speakers and second language
speakers. Yes, the numbers of Arabic and Urdu/Hindi and Mandarin FIRST language
speakers will probably overtake First Language English speakers.
I don't, however, for a minute believe that the numbers of SECOND language
mandarin or arabic speakers will even come close to the number of english
(first + second language) speakers!
