[etni] Speaking only English to elementary students in kita mkademet

I have been following this argument about speaking only English.
How does this apply to an elementary class kita mkademet(grades 4-6) . We only
meet 3 times a week. Most kids have language and reading issues.
I am curious to hear about experiences.
