[etni] Panel proposes ideas for stanching school dropout rate

Here is another interesting article that was in haaretz friday. Of course we
would like less drop outs, but many schools (such as my ort school - the only
school in our development town) don't offer vocational studies - and not
everyone has the ability to do a Bagrut. Maybe there is a solution on the way?
