After participating and submitting work in 210 hours of hishtalmuyot over
the past three years , a rigorous review by my principal and PAZAM of 36
months as of 31/8/16, it has come to by attention that because I only worked
36 months by 31/8/16 and not the 37 that was
required in the old agreement, I will now have to wait 48 months to get an
increase in darga an additional full year. This seems to be äøòä áúðàé
òáåãä and I am wondering how many other teachers have this problem (in darga
7/8/9) and
if there is anything we can do
Are they allowed to change the rules in the
middle of the game? Of course, minhelet ofek tried to convince me that the
new agreement is much better than the old agreement because there is no cap
on the number
of dargot that will be given each year. I just dont understand changing
the rules in the middle of the game.
Interested in hearing other opinions.
