[etni] Native Speakers Textbook

G-d willing, we are planning on opening up a native English speakers class in
our school next year. The class will consist of students from the 7th - 9th
grade together. I would appreciate any suggestions for a textbook and relative
materials. I would also appreciate it if anyone can share their experience in
teaching such a course.
