Judy and all the inspectors,
Please start taking our confusion seriously. I consider myself to be at least
of average intelligence and I am terribly confused about the how the Tsvira
model is going to be implemented.
It's not sufficient to keep on telling us how simple the whole thing is. I am
confused.
I also attended a meeting of co-ordinators that was held spontaneously in
Haifa. Thirty co-ordinators in the Haifa district are also terribly confused
about the implementation of the Tsvira.
Please listen to what the field is saying.
