[etni] MA

I'm looking for an MA programme in teaching English to LD pupils, or
something similar. Does anyone have any info about this? There was something
on the list a while back about a new MA programme that was being set up. I
can't remember the contact information. If anyone knows of a good programme,
please let me know!
