I hope you have all read the latest copy of "Kesher Eyin" published by the
Irgun in which we are instructed not to cooperate with the NBA until all the
outstanding issues in the negotiations between the Irgun and the ministry
are resolved.I urge you all to comply - the Irgun is our last line of
defence against unilateral decisions made by the ministry that impose extra
work loads on teachers without consultation or remuneration. David Bar El.
