Does anyone know if the dispensation "Hachtavat Sheelon l'bochen neutrali"
exists for the English Bagrut? I remember seeing the sticker (brown color)
once when marking exams last year but I do not see it listed as one of the
possible dispensations for English. If it IS offered, under what circumstances
does a pupil receive this as opposed to Shiatuk or an Oral exam?
