I actually dug this out.
The opinion "focus more on education" belongs to Mr Richardson,L 25,
not the author. The author says, it may be difficlult to focus on
education "without taking advantage of the power of eductainment."
And In the preceding paragraph, we see how edutainment solves a
problem that exhibition designers face.
therefore
I agree that "may be necessary" is the best answer.
What do I win?
