An IATEFL webinar with Sinéad Laffan.
Teaching pronunciation is something that can intimidate teachers. Yet,
it doesn't have to be an arduous task - on the contrary! Small, simple
additions to your lesson plan can make huge differences to your
students and to their productive and receptive skills.
In this webinar, we'll look at simple, practical ways of getting
learners noticing, understanding and producing this wonderful little
sound and changing the whole ballgame of communication.
We will look at a number of different task-templates and participants
will be invited to try them out and discuss them during the session.
The tasks will range from materials-free activities to ones that
utilise course book material, and participants hopefully will take
away something useful which they can modify to serve their own
learners.
