*"All You Wanted to Know About Medicines and Never Asked" *
* Jennifer will discuss briefly how medicines work, interactions and
side effects, and over-the-counter medicines and vitamins. The aim of the
lecture is to help people understand how to get the most benefit from their
medicines and prevent unnecessary side effects and expense. *
* Jennifer Bell qualified as a pharmacist in the UK and holds a Masters
Degree in pharmacology from the Medical School, Tel Aviv. She has worked
in both retail and hospital pharmacies in Israel and was head of medical
information at Taro Pharmaceutical Industries for 12 years. Jennifer
specializes in geriatric medicine and offers medicine review and
consultancy services to private individuals for the purpose of medication
management. *
