That's great if it gets results!  Many of us have been working very hard all
along, and are constantly seeking ways to benefit our students.  As has been
pointed  out, those (hopefully a small minority) who shortchange their
students will always find a shortcut -- so that, as tight as the criteria
seem to be, the logs alone won't solve this problem.
