Hotel for ETAI Summer Conference + Parking (July 3-4, 2012)

Dear ETAI member,

We have checked out nearby hotels for this year’s Summer Conference,
which will be held at the Academy High School on the Givat Ram campus
of Hebrew University.

The most economical hotel, within walking distance of the conference,
is the Park Hotel, which we have used in the past.  True that it’s not
the “Ritz”, but the difference between prices at the Park Hotel and
its closest competitor is substantial.

All the prices given below include breakfast and VAT:

Single room                 390 NIS                        $110

Double room               450 NIS                        $125

Triple room                 610 NIS                        $53 (added
for 3rd person)

To reserve a room, you need to contact the hotel YOURSELF, either by
phone (02-658-2203) or email:  reservation@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Ask for Yifaat or Sharon, and request a confirmation of your
reservation.  BE SURE TO MENTION THAT YOU’RE PART OF THE ETAI GROUP!

If for any reason you need to cancel, you may do so until June 26th.

Re PARKING, when you enter the Givat Ram campus of Hebrew University,
you stay on the right.  You’ll come to a parking lot where you can
park for free.  You can also continue through the parking lot on the
same road, which leads down to the ORT School and the Academy High
School.  You may park anywhere along that road.  The Academy High
School is at the bottom of that road on the left-hand side.  Enter the
school and use the elevator.

Those arriving by bus from the central bus station can take bus #68,
which will drive into the campus and arrive at the Academy High
School.  Or you can take bus #9 or #14 to the main entrance of the
campus, and walk from there to the school, a five-minute walk.
