national-religious sector, study finds (JPost)
I have been working in an Ulpana since 1991 and thus, I can talk from
experience. The article is full of inaccurate information... (and
that's putting it mildly)!
Just to mention 2 things....All of our students have 5 hours of
English a week. In addition, most of our girls are in 4 or 5 points
and do very well on the matriculation exams! I could go on, talking
about our girls being accepted to the top universities, etc.... but I
think I've made my point.

I also found that non religious schools allot more hours to English in
the younger grades and the junior high grades. Secular schools usually
have 5 hours weekly of English while religious schools get 4.
