Subject: hakalot for Bogrim
The Hakalot given by the Pedagogical council can still be used by the
student after he graduates. The procedure....
Have the person responsible for Bagruyot in your school write a letter to
Vaadat Charigim stating that the student (include ID number and the year of
graduation) has signed up for the Bagrut in English (or whatever subject)
Specify the Moed (like - Winter 2004) - include the number of points and the
mispar sheilon and list the Hakalot that the Moasta Pedogogit had given to
the student in the past (for that subject) on the basis of Didiactic and/or
psychological testing. Vaadat Charigim will then sent an ishur.
If a student did not get Hakalot in the past, or he wants to change the
Hakalot, or the Hakalot in the past were given by Vaadat Charigim - and not
the pedagogical council of the school, then you'll have to send the Ivchun
to Vaadat Charigim.
NOW is the time to send out this letter!
