Does this mean that pupils doing the 3 point exam will not be able to use
the Passport Dictionary?

According to the June Hozer Mankal, pupils taking modules B - F are required
to use and English-English-Hebrew/Arabic dictionary with at least 40,000
entries. Since the Passport dictionary does not fit these criteria, it cannot
be used for module B - F.
