I agree with almost all the Lev says. Just one thing, though: Do not tar
ETAI and ETNI with the same brush when it comes to the MOE. While ETAI may
be afraid to do anything that might antagonize the Inspectorate, ETNI has
never shown any such bias. That is the wonderful thing about ETNI: it acts
as a forum for all to air their views. This whole discussion, which, it
seems, ETAI would not allow, shows how untainted ETNI is in any way. Thank
