Due to frustrations, difficulties and misunderstandings with various aspects
of the NBA, a large group of co-ordinators from the Haifa district met and
compiled a letter, which was sent to the Irgun with points the Irgun offered
to take up with Judy Steiner.
On the 16th of November, an even larger group of co-ordinators met with Judy
in an attempt to get answers to the questions. Two senior members of the
Irgun were also present.
Unfortunately, none of the questions was satisfactorily answered and a great
sense of frustration was felt.
