Someone brought out that on one hand, we'll get 6% instead of 2% for bagrut
preparation, but on the other hand, we'll get less hours added to our
salary- in other words, we would be getting less than 3 1/2 hours a week for
preparing a class for 5 points.
Therefore, before I show my principal the agreement, I want to make sure it
will be in our favor!
Has anyone looked into this?
I downloaded the agreements (bagurt/LD) from the sites that Tracy sent me,
but have been on the go and haven't been able to read them. I plan to do
that tonight, BE"H!
Anyway, it anyone has looked into the problem, I'd appreciate hearing from
you.
