Our school counselor received the following answer from a very reliable
source:
if the l.d. pupil has "hakraa" and "haklata"(of his answers), the
pedagogical committee can decide to have his answers written own by the
tester. If the pupil can write but his writing is almost illegible, he
reads his answers to the tester. Both notebooks are sent to misrad
hachinuch.
