 I hope someone can help me with this.
 
 I need reliable sources to back up the following two statements:
 
 1. Letter writing is one of the mosty difficult tasks for students of a
 foreign language.
 
 2. Most people don't bother to edit their e-mails.
 
 Would anyone be able to stick a name of a study, book, professor,
article or
 whatever on one or both statements? I need the full bibliographical
details.
