 I apologize that | am asking this question as I assume it has been
answered before but I guess I didn't pay attention since I didn't think
I needed to know (whew was that a long one!).
 I was just approached by a twelfth grader who is in fact the only one
who did the Bagrut last year (old format of course).  He was not
satisfied with his final grade (88 I believe) and would like to try
again this year.  Am I correct in assuming that he will now have to do
the new Bagrut and be retested on the oral using his project?
