[etni] English Teachers' sanctions

The Income Tax officials went on strike on Monday, because they were given
new assignments without appropriate remuneration. The strike ended
successfully after 2 days, with a new agreement. They will get appropriate
remuneration for their new assignments. And the English Teachers??????  Food
for thought.
