Dear Folks:
I know a young woman who is an Israeli-born English speaker
(the daughter of English -speaking olim parents) who heard that
the Ed.Ministry has a program to train English speakers who do not
have teaching certificates to be English teachers. Her imression was
that the program is only a few months long. Anyone have any more
details?
