[etni] ETNI back up and running

Hi all,
As most of you know, I have been abroad for the last 18 days and
during that time I was unable to manage ETNI mail. Therefore, no mail
went through to the list.
I am now back and ETNI mail will now go through.
If you sent mail to the list during the time I was abroad, please send
it again.
