Hi Ariel, I recently looked it up in the Concise Oxford dictionary(1990) and found it can mean both :"occurring twice a month or every two months". It also says: "Often avoided, because of the ambiguity of meaning, in favor of two-monthly and twice-monthly." According to the answer key it means twice a month. Does it?... or does it actually mean every 2 month, or maybe both?... I had in mind bicentennial (which means the 200 anniversary) and biennale (which means every other year.) Ariel
