[etni] Bagrut in 10th grade

I hope I haven't overlooked this while going through the new handbook,
but does anyone know the answer to this.
What happens if there is an English-speaking 10th. grade pupil who wants
to do the Bagrut this year. Does he do the new bagrut or the old one -
and if it's the new one, is one project OK as there is only one year to
do it in?
