Hope I can shed some light on the subject. If I understood Judy correctly at
ETAI, she explained that the ministry has agreed to make the 1 point exam,
which 12th graders will be taking this summer, equal to the new Module A exam,
NOT available to them. If they want to complete the other 2 points for 3 points
(modules B and C) at a later date, the school must write a letter to the
ministry requesting that the student be allowed to "modulate" even though he
took the old format Bagrut.
