will find a Citizen's Guide to the Canadian Climate Change Policy Process.
This guide explains in layperson's terms the debate surrouding the Kyoto
Protocol and climate change in general. It was headed by Doug Macdonald
of Innis College and among the many contributors is yours truly and our
magnificent volunteer coordinator Rachel Riddle. Accolades and donations
