I recently moved to Fletcher and yesterday saw a lifer for me feeding on my
feeders. Actually 2 male purple finches. I always had trouble when seeing house
finches and thinking one might be a purple, but yesterday left no doubt in my
mind. Has anyone else seen purple finches around this week
