Dear Former Engineering & Development/Engineering Directorate Personnel:
This is the third reminder that the 4th E&D/EngineeringDirectorate Reunion will
be held Saturday, April 22, 2017 (the Saturday afterEaster). It will be at the
Gilruth Center from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. We hope that you have saved the date!
As in the
past, there will be individualdivision "parties" or "get-togethers" that
weekend. Specific information follows:
1. Reunion/Ticket Purchase: The registration period is now open at our
website at http://www.jscedreunion.org./
The ticket priceis $20 per person and includes heavy hors d'oeuvres and
liquidrefreshments. You can purchase yourticket(s) using the “Buy Now” button
on the website. Registration will be limited to the first 300 who sign up.
After March 15,registration will be open to current Engineering
personnel and friends who are not on this e-mail list with final ticket sales
cutoff on April 10th.

2. Division "Party": In addition to the reunion, each division will host a
"party" at a local restaurant where you can spend more time with those that you
worked more closely with. There is no cover charge for the division party.
Just order and pay for your meal when you arrive at the restaurant.
So that reservations can be made at the restaurant, all we ask if you plan to
attend is that you contact your division coordinator and let him/her know.
See the attached sheet for more information about the division parties (where,
when, coordinator, coordinator phone no., etc.) The party schedule
is also posted on our website. Please let the division contact know no later
than April 10th that you plan to attend.
3. Contact Information Form: The Contact Information Form is attached to this
e-mail and requests your address/phone/e-mail address/etc. If you
have any changes since the last reunion, please either fill out the form (save
it and return as attachment to Teresa) or send an e-mail with this
information to Teresa: trsullivan905@xxxxxxx. This form is also posted on the
website.
4. Space Center Houston (SCH) Access: We have arranged with Space Center
Houston for free entrance for the April 21-22-23 weekend. You will
just have to show your reunion name tag that you will receive at the reunion.
If you want to tour SCH before the reunion (Friday, April 21st), please
contact us so that we can provide you with your name tag. SCH now includes the
new Independence Plaza which is a multi-exhibit complex featuring
the historic Boeing 747 shuttle carrier aircraft and the Shuttle replica,
Independence. The SCH website with additional information is:

If you know of other E&D/Engineering retirees, pleasemake sure they are aware
of this reunion and please let us know of their name and contact information so
