Trish, The book was published by an American outfit called Hardcase Crime which 
attempts to retain the look and style of cheap pulp fiction of earlier decades. 
 King himself remembers such books fondly and has published a number of titles 
with this company.  He said he wanted people to have the book experience.  
that'd be sighted people then.
