Shell, I'd have been surprised if you hadn't liked "Kevin", it's a
fascinating study of the characters in a family, and builds up to an
amazing climax.
I fear you'll be disappointed with her other books, so far she hasn't
produced anything that comes anywhere near that one. However, I have text
copies of "So Much For That" and "Double Fault" if you want them.

Today I finished We need to talk about Kevin. I absolutely loved it. I had
to break off to read the McEwan at the weekend, but couldn't wait to get
back to it. I never saw the end coming, though looking back I suppose I
should. I loved the way it was written all in letters and the way Lionel
Shriver really brilliantly described Kevin and all his oddities growing up.
Thank you all for recommending I read this, it was fascinating. I am eager
to read more of her books now, as this was my first.
