[duxuser] translation window not working

Hello,

 

I upgraded to Duxbury 12.1, and now the translation window does not appear
to be working.  When I  press CTRL-T  to generate the braille window, and I
try to scroll through it, I  get nothing but blank lines.  I am not even
sure if there are multiple blank lines, or just one.
