[duxuser] embossed character at top of file

At work, I installed a Romeo 50 Plus embosser. When we emboss, there is
sometimes a strange character at the top of page one. It's a dot 2 M or
something like that. It's only on the first page and I think only on the
first file embossed in a given session.
, why it's there, and most important, how to get rid of it?
I had a similar problem with my Thomas where it embossed a letter K at the
top of every page, but I forget what I changed for that to go away. Maybe
it's the same thing.
