I will have to look up the anwers to the first three questions, because I am
fairly sure there is a setting for double space and also spell check, but I
will have to pull up Duxbury on my other laptop and try it out again, it's not
something I do all the time...anyway, the answer to the blanks for fill in the
blank questions, I usually go into the sentence, use two hyphens and that will
make a real underline when it is translated. If you use a shift hyphen, it will
turn out like several decimals (dot 4,6) and that is annoying to some braille
readers. I prefer the hyphens, but there may be another way.
If you look at Format or code menus on Duxbury, it may show you a way to do the
double space and spell check...I will check on it to be sure.

Subject: [duxuser] duxbury questions

Hello! If I am in the literary template and am typing a document, I am
having trouble finding the codes for these areas:
if I want to label sentences, a. b. c. what do I use so
that in braille it is recognizing it as the single letter?

How do I double space a document?

Is there spell check?

In a sentence such as: She will go to the ______ with Mom. What
code do you use to get it to be underlined?

Thanks for any help! I'm still in the process of understanding all of
this and it is beginning to all work. Now to do some tweaking!
