As with Word and other Windows programs, the most recently used files appear on a list under the Files menu pull-down. Yes, the files may no longer be on your system, but they still appear on the list. They do indeed change as you use the product, but they will not go away. I have a neat program called MRU-Blaster (Most Recently Used) that searches for such lists and removes the list. But each time you use the product, the list is built again. You can download it free from: www.wilderssecurity.net/mrublaster.html. Try it!
